Protein Cookie Dough | Vine to Bar

  • 1, 14 oz can chickpeas, rinsed + drained
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup oats
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1-2 scoops collagen peptides – optional
  • 6 Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Almonds + Pink Himalayan Salt Tasting Squares, chopped
  • Flaky salt, to top – optional


  1. Drain, rise and pat dry the chickpeas. 
  2. Add the chickpeas, almond butter, oats, maple, coconut sugar, vanilla, salt (and collagen if using) to a food processor. Pulse until a scoopable cookie dough consistency forms.
  3. Pour into a mixing bowl and fold in the chopped chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  4. Scoop and serve with a little flaky sea salt if desired and enjoy!
