Crunchy Quinoa Bark | Vine to Bar

If you love a little crunch with your chocolate, this Crunchy Quinoa Bark is about to be your new obsession. Made with Vine to Bar’s Dark Chocolate, this bark is patented to improve the taste and nutritional content of chocolate while delivering real food prebiotics that support gut health, vitamin absorption, and a happy microbiome. With its crispy texture, bright fruit notes, and just a sprinkle of flaky salt, it’s the perfect sweet-meets-savory bite!

Ingredients 

  • 1/3 cup uncooked organic white quinoa

  • 2 cups Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Melting Chips (or the equivalent chopped Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Bars)

  • Flaky salt, optional

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet up over medium-low heat. Once the pan is hot, add the quinoa and toast for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and golden brown. Remove from the pan.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth, then stir in the toasted quinoa.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate quinoa mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle flaky salt if using.

  4. Place into the freezer to set for 20-30 minutes. Once set, break up into small pieces and enjoy!

  5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
