Wholesome nutrition meets gourmet delight, all in a convenient jar ready to grab and go.

Ingredients (makes 4 servings)

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened Greek yogurt, divided
  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup instant oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 4 Vine to Bar Almonds with Himalayan Pink Salt Dark Chocolate Tasting Squares
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaky salt, to top (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and protein powder. Whisk until completely combined. Fold in the oats and refrigerate for 30 minutes until thickened.
  2. In another mixing bowl, combine the remaining yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until combined. Place in the fridge until ready to assemble.
  3. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Once melted, remove from the heat.
  4. Divide the oat mixture between 4 serving jars. Follow with dividing the peanut butter yogurt between the four jars and spread evenly over the oats. Lastly, divide the melted chocolate between the four jars, spreading over the top. Sprinkle a little salt on top if desired.
  5. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Crack the chocolate top and enjoy!
