No Bake Chocolate Almond Coconut Squares | Vine to Bar

Coconut Layer

  • 8 oz bag unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

Chocolate Layer



  1. Combine all ingredients for the coconut layer into a food processor. Pulse until the coconut has broken down, and the mixture is sticky + you’re able to form it.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the coconut mixture into the pan. Use your fingers to press the mixture so it is compact in the pan. Place in the freezer while you prepare your chocolate.
  3. Melt the tasting squares and coconut oil over a double broiler until melted. Pour evenly over top of the coconut mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate covered almonds evenly over the top, followed by a generous pinch of flaky salt.
  5. Place into the freezer to set completely, about 20-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and use a sharp knife to cut into 1 ½ inch squares.
