Ingredients (makes 12-16 bars)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet or two depending on size with parchment paper.

  2. If the sweetened condensed coconut milk is clumpy/separated, put it into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 15 second intervals until smooth.

  3. In a large mixing bowl add the sweetened condensed coconut milk and WellVine powder. Whisk until combined.

  4. Add the coconut, pecans, graham crackers, chocolate, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.

  5. Scoop about ¼ cup of the mixture per cookie and place onto the prepared baking sheet. The mixture should make between 12-16 cookies depending on size.

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the top and edges become golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving. Top with flaky salt if desired and enjoy!
