½ cup chia seeds

3 tbsp cocoa powder

¼ cup pure maple syrup (or more to taste)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Divide between 3-4 small glass jars and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to thicken up.
