Healthified Date “Snickers” Bars | Vine to Bar

Our wholesome version boasts a luscious medley of date caramel and crunchy peanut clusters, all wrapped in the rich embrace of WellVine Coastal Chardonnay Marc in our artisanal dark chocolate.   • 8 medjool dates, pitted and sliced open lengthwise
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Peanuts
  • 8 Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Tasting Squares, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Flaky salt


  1. Stuff each date with a small spoonful of peanut butter, followed by a few peanuts. Place into the freezer while you prepare the chocolate.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double broiler with the coconut oil. Once completely melted, remove from the heat.
  3. Dip the stuffed dates into the chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky salt, and place in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes.
  4. Once the chocolate has set, enjoy! Store in the freezer for best texture.
