Ingredients

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/3 cup cashew butter

2 cups Vine to Bar True Dark Chocolate, chopped

1 scoop WellVine Nutrient Boosting Blend

½ cup freeze dried raspberries or strawberries, crushed, plus more to top
Directions

Combine all ingredients except the freeze-dried berries to a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted and everything is combined.

Remove from the heat and stir in the strawberries.

Line a small 5x4” baking dish with parchment paper, then pour the fudge mixture into the pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle more crushed dried strawberries on top if desired.

Place into the freezer for 2-4 hours or until firm. Cut into small squares to serve and store in the fridge.
