Ingredients (makes 4 popsicles)

2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

½ tbsp coconut oil

Popsicle sticks
Directions

Whisk together the yogurt, peanut butter and protein powder until combined.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and dollop about ¼-½ cup of the mixture into a small round for each pop, depending on how big you want them.

Place a popsicle stick into the center of each yogurt round and place into the freezer until completely frozen. This will take about 4 hours.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen pops to cover the top completely, or drizzle with desired amount of chocolate on each pop.

Place in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
