Superfood Nut + Seed Bars | Vine to Bar

Ingredients (makes 8 bars)

  • ½ cup tahini

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts or another nut of choice

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seed

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 bag Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds, chopped

  • Flaky salt, to top

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the tahini, coconut oil, and maple until combined.

  2. In a larger mixing bowl add the oats, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seed, flaxseed, and the chopped Vine to Bar almonds.

  3. Add the tahini mixture to the bowl with oats and stir until everything is combined.

  4. Add the mixture to a lined 8x8” baking dish and press firmly until the mixture is spread evenly in the pan. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.

  5. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set, then slice into 12 equal sized bars.

  6. Store in the freezer or fridge and enjoy!
