Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 5 Vine to Bar Tart Cherry and Cacao Nibs Dark Chocolate Tasting Squares, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, pistachios, almonds, pepitas, coconut oil, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped dark chocolate over the top, and place back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Break into bite-sized pieces and serve with yogurt and fresh berries.
