Ingredients 

  • 1 cup ice

  • ¾ cup milk of choice

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup plain yogurt of choice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 5 mint leaves

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp Vine to Bar Melting + Baking Chips (coming soon) or sub for 1 Tasting Square

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
