Ingredients (makes 3 servings)

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup chia seed

1 ½ scoops vanilla protein powder

⅔ cup unsweetened greek yogurt

½ cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)

1 ½ cups unsweetened dairy-free milk or milk of choice

3 Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Tasting Squares, chopped
Directions

In a small mixing bowl, mix together the oats and chia seed. Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and milk until smooth and everything is combined.

Pour the oat and chia into the wet mixture and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and stir, then mix in the chopped chocolate. Divide between 3 serving jars, cover, and refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight until ready to enjoy.
