Ingredients (makes 3)

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese, blended until smooth

  • 5 oz container plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 3-4 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • Simple Mills Honey Sweet Thins

  • 5 Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Tasting Squares, melted or ½ Vine to Bar True Dark Dark Chocolate Bar, melted

  • Flaky salt–optional

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the cottage cheese, yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and 3 tbsp of the maple syrup. Taste and add another tbsp of maple for a sweeter filling if desired.

  2. Divide the mixture between 3 small serving glasses. Gently push 5-6 Simple Mills Sweet Thins into each glass.

  3. Place into the fridge for 4 hours to set.

  4. When ready to serve, pour melted chocolate over the top of each serving and top with flaky salt if desired.

  5. Place back into the fridge for about 10 minutes for the chocolate to set and enjoy!
