Peggy and Barbara met in the world of fine wine — two friends driven by curiosity, craftsmanship adn sustainability. When they looked closer at the winemaking process, they discovered the byproduct - Chardonnay Marc, the pressed skins and seeds, rich in nutrients and flavor could be more.

What started as a spark of curiosity became a mission — to turn this upcycled ingredient into a gently proccessed new superfood.
