Shipping policy

Our policy is to ship all orders within one to two business days and ground shipping typically takes around 3-4 days. However, due to both the pandemic and high levels of online shopping, all major shipping carriers have notified their customers that there may be a delay of one or two days' time after pickup.

Due to the delicate nature of our chocolate we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Please Note: Vine to Bar and our shipping partners are doing our best under challenging circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely. While most orders ship and arrive quickly, we have noticed that some shipments may experience a delay. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Because of the perishable nature of our chocolate, if you place your order close to a weekend or holiday, we may delay shipping for a day or twoThis prevents the chocolate from sitting for an extended period in unfavorable conditions.
