What is Wellvine™ Chardonnay Marc?
Wellvine™ Chardonnay Marc is a new ingredient full of natural sweetness, flavanols, and beneficial nutrients. It is also alcohol free. Freshly pressed grapes harvested right after juicing are dried and milled, then carefully blended into the finest dark chocolate. Our Chardonnay marc is sourced exclusively from the premium Coastal and Mountain vineyards of Jackson Family Wines in California.
What is a flavanol?
Flavanols are a subtype of flavonoids, compounds found naturally in many fruits and vegetables. They’re also in plant products like wine grapes, tea, and chocolate. Flavonoids are rich in antioxidant activity and have been researched extensively for a variety of health benefits. Including more flavonoids in your diet is a great way to help your body stay healthy.
Is your chocolate single source?
We are not using a single source cacao at this time. Our cacao is sourced primarily from West Africa and South America and is covered by the Cocoa Horizons Certification program for sustainability and social impact. (For more information visit https://www.cocoahorizons.org)The blended chocolate comes from Barry Callebaut, who is the world’s premier supplier of fine chocolate.
Is your chocolate gluten free?
None of our ingredients contain gluten, but we process on machinery where ingredients that contain wheat are also processed. Therefore, we include the “may contain wheat” statement on our packaging.
Does your chocolate contain soy or other possible allergens?
Yes, our chocolate contains soy, and some flavors contain almonds. Since our products are processed in a facility where tree nuts, peanuts, egg, wheat, and milk are present, it may contain those allergens as well.
Order and Shipping Information
How soon will my order ship?
Our policy is to ship all orders within one to two business days and ground shipping typically takes around 3-4 days. However, due to both the COVID 19 pandemic and high levels of online shopping, all major shipping carriers have notified their customers that there may be a delay of one- or two-days’ time after pickup.
How will I know my order has shipped?
When your order ships we will send you an email message with the Order Number, a Tracking Number, and other relevant information. If you don't receive your Shipping Notification email, please check your junk/spam folder to see if your email system placed it there.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Due to the delicate nature of our chocolate and the extra time required, we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
I ordered two days ago. Why hasn't my order shipped?
Because of the perishable nature of our chocolate, if you place your order close to a weekend or holiday, we may delay shipping until the end of the weekend or holiday to ensure it arrives in the best condition. This prevents the chocolate from sitting for an extended period in unfavorable conditions. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
How fast will my order arrive?
Please remember these are estimates, and your actual shipping time may vary. You may select between two types of shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Your order should arrive within 4 - 7 days after your order is placed.
- Expedited Shipping: Your order should arrive within 2 - 4 days.

I live in a hot area. Won't my chocolate melt?
Our chocolate is held in cold storage until it is ready to ship. We pack it in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to keep it as cool as possible. We've had great success shipping to hot climates.But if you live in a particularly hot area or are expecting unusually hot weather, it would be best to choose Expedited Shipping to minimize the time in transit.
How do I adjust or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order once it has been placed, we will do our best to make requested order changes while the order is still in process. Once the order ships, we can no longer adjust order items or re-route shipments. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We also cannot be responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect original address. If your order has been returned due to an incorrect original address, we will gladly reship your order to the correct address for an additional shipping charge.
My order was lost or damaged during delivery, or had the wrong items. What do I do?
Vine to Bar takes great care in making sure your chocolate arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if you are dissatisfied with what you have received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters is in Santa Rosa, CA but have representatives across the nation.
Where do you ship from?
Our chocolate is shipped from our cold storage facility near St. Louis, MO.
How do I open a wholesale account?
